Avery's Poetry Cafe
Avery's 1st grade class put on a Poetry Cafe in class to help them practice their performing skills. They each memorized a poem and wrote two others to recite in front of an appreciative audience(you know, the proud parents!) They worked on talking clearly, keeping eye contact with the audience, and using hand gestures. She did a wonderful job and we are so proud of her!

O.K. Di....this was the cutest thing EVA! She really is a little doll! I loved the sweet poem she wrote, and she was amazing to have her entire poem she presented memorized! Loved it! Thanks for sharing!
