We decided to host a "Get excited for school! Early
morning breakfast" for the Monday and Tuesday
before schools starts.
We had a great response and enjoyed a fun potluck
breakfast at a nearby park.
The kids got to play
at the park and hang out with friends. We
even got to swim after breakfast on Tuesday.
Surprisingly, it was rather cool, but the kids rallied
and enjoyed the chilly water! (well, most of them did!)
The kids played and the moms chatted.
We had a great time. It sounds like a fun
tradition to me!
Now I just have to adjust to having one cutie pie
at home with me during the day. Just think of all
things I'll be able to get done... ya, right!
School, here we come! (and hopefully not late!)
